I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and polite during my whole stay. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by mountains and nearby villages such as Baqueira and Vielha. The room was very clean with central heating all the time. The parking space was also available. I enjoyed the hot shower and the peacefulness of the hotel. I loved experiencing snowfall from this hotel.

There was a lack of hospitality from the staff. They seemed uninterested in attending to our needs, and did not make us feel welcome.

The warm central heating was a lifesaver in the cold weather, and the cleanliness of the place was impressive. We also enjoyed the peaceful environment, with other guests being respectful and quiet.

the snowfall was an added bonus to the beautiful mountain surroundings close to the jet set destinations for skiing. the establishment was quite, and the shower provided very hot water in a spotless bathroom.
